- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

2. Return & Replacement Policy
We offer replacement or refund only in case of:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item received
Mandatory Requirement (Very Important)
- A complete unboxing video is required for any return/replacement request
- The video must clearly show:
- Package opening
- Product condition
- Original packaging
⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
3. Return/Complaint Timeframe
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests after this period may not be considered
4. Refund Policy
- Once your request is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Resolution time for any issue is typically 24–48 hours
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor color or design variations
- Requests made without unboxing video
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
6. Discounted / Offer Products
- Products purchased under discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable
- No coupons or store credits will be provided
7. Cancellation Refunds
