1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer replacement or refund only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item received

Mandatory Requirement (Very Important)

  • A complete unboxing video is required for any return/replacement request
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Package opening
    • Product condition
    • Original packaging

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted


3. Return/Complaint Timeframe

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Requests after this period may not be considered

4. Refund Policy

  • Once your request is approved:
    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Resolution time for any issue is typically 24–48 hours

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Requests made without unboxing video
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

6. Discounted / Offer Products

  • Products purchased under discounts or promotional offers are non-refundable
  • No coupons or store credits will be provided

7. Cancellation Refunds

  • If cancellation is approved within the allowed time:
    • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

8. Important Notes

  • ZIVARS reserves the right to approve or reject any request based on verification
  • Customers must provide accurate details and valid proof for claims
  • We aim to resolve all issues within 24–48 hours
