5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate
  • ZIVARS is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer
  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package

6. Delays & Exceptions

7. Cancellation & Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

8. Damaged / Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
    • Provide a complete unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted
  • Resolution is typically provided within 24–48 hours
